Most pieces take 2–4 weeks from the moment we confirm your details to the day it reaches your door. Larger sizes and pieces with several subjects sit at the longer end. If you have a special date coming up, tell me on WhatsApp and I'll let you know honestly whether it's possible.

Cash on delivery — you pay in cash when the finished artwork is in your hands. No online payments, no card details, nothing in advance. You see your price in the order form before you confirm, and I re-confirm it with you on WhatsApp before any drawing begins.

One clear, well-lit photo where the face is sharp — natural daylight is perfect. Higher resolution means I can capture more detail, and please avoid heavy filters or beauty modes. Not sure which to pick? Send me a few options on WhatsApp and I'll help you choose.

Pencil pieces are delivered flat and carefully protected, ready for the frame of your choice, while canvas paintings arrive ready to hang. If you'd like advice on framing — sizes, styles, where to go — just ask, I love helping pieces find the right frame.

You'll see progress photos while I work, so we can catch anything early. After the final reveal, one round of small refinements is included — little adjustments to details, never a rushed redo. Bigger changes are always a conversation, and I'll be upfront about what's possible.
